Stage 2: Call for proposals for Joint Research Projects and associated Researcher Excellence Grants

The EMRP Committee selected sixteen research topics (SRTs) from the potential metrology research topics (PRTs) submitted in Stage 1. Many SRTs contain inputs from more than one single PRT as similar ideas have been combined where appropriate. These SRTs were the basis of the Joint Research Projects (JRPs) which consortia were invited to submit. A review conference was held in Berlin on 25 -26 November 2009.
The Results
9 JRPs have been selected for funding and contracts are currently being negotiated.
