Call 2009 - ENERGY
Researcher Grants
There are three types of Researcher Grants that can be associated with
EMRP Joint Research Projects:
- Researcher Excellence Grants (REG) aim to: open JRPs to the
best science from the wider European researcher community; and increase the
number of organisations with capacities closely relating to metrology. The REG
funds an experienced researcher to undertake excellent research at the "home"
organisation, which is of relevance to the JRP.
- Researcher Mobility Grants (RMG) aim to: increase the
capability of the European metrology researcher community; increase the
capacity of individual researchers in Metrology; and ensure the sustainability
of the EMRP. The RMG supports researchers undertaking transnational
guestworking on work related to the JRP.
- Early-Stage Researcher Mobility Grants (ESRMG) aim to: ensure
sustainability of cooperation for the EMRP; and to prepare the next generation
of experienced metrology researchers. The ESRMG supports metrology researchers
(who are at an early career stage) when undertaking transnational guestworking
on work relating to the JRPs.
The budget available for these is given in the Call Budget. Further details on the grant allowances,
eligibility criteria for the Researcher, and eligibility criteria for the
Guestworking Organisations will be available when this call opens.
Applications: Applications for these Researcher Grants can be
made at various different stages of the Call.
- Stage 2: (Call for proposals for JRPs with
optional integrated REG application)
- Stage 3 (REG and RMG applications)
- Open call (ESRMG applications)
