| 2010-07-26 | Sari Saxholm | MIKES | MIKES is interested in development of a high accuracy primary calibration system for dynamic pressures, including design, construction, calculation and measurements, and to develop traceability and uncertainty calculations for dynamic pressure.
We are willing to contribute to development of method for dynamic pressure calibration, including analysis, uncertainty estimation and experiments, and to investigation of dynamic vs. static measurements. We have experience on small dynamic pressure measurements in the medical field, measuring and analyzing vibrations in buildings and development of a nanoforce sensor. We have a calibration equipment for dynamic pressure available. |

| 2010-07-05 | CETIN DOGAN | TUBITAK UME National Metrology Institute of Turkey | TUBITAK UME is intested for dynamic torque and pressure measurement in the scope of EMRP Projects for industry.
Totally 6 researchers are working in the torque and pressure laboratories. Institute has a capability for dynamic pressure measurement up to 800 MPa with pressure calibration system are based on reference transducers and pressure balances. Torque laboratories has a capability to make measurements in continuous and static torque. Possible areas of interest as follows; In Pressure • Characterization of industrial dynamic pressure transducers • Obtaining experimental data • Evaluation of experimental data • Developments of uncertainty budget In Torque • Obtaining experimental data • Modeling of experimental setup • Mathematical modeling of experiments, • Finite Element Method for static and dynamic analysis, • Developments of uncertainty budget |
TUBITAK UME is interested to use "Researcher Excellence Grant Participation" in the field of torque and pressure metrology when the detail of the project is fixed. |
| 2010-07-01 | Thomas Bruns | Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB) | PTB has a total of about 13 facilities dedicated to the field of dynamic measurement of mechanical quantities in all of the four fields (force, torque, pressure, amplifiers) of research mentioned in the SRT.
An average total of 8 persons are working in the research field for the various measurands. In addition we have the the corresponding facilities for the static linking available, too. Mathematicians of a PTB working group are for some years now involved in the modeling, simulation, data analysis, methodical development and uncertainty calculations in this field of research, co-operating with experimentalists of PTB and international colleagues in the theoretical area. |
